No Refund Policy

We want every puppy to be a great fit for their new home, and we do our best to provide honest information about each dog’s health, temperament, and needs. Because of the time, care, and resources that go into raising our puppies, all sales are final.

Once a deposit or payment has been made, it is non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reservation deposits

• Partial payments

• Final payments for puppies or dogs

If you are unable to complete the purchase for any reason, your payment cannot be refunded. In some cases, and at our sole discretion, we may allow your deposit to be transferred to a future litter.

We strongly encourage families to ask questions, meet the puppy if possible, and make sure they are fully prepared for the commitment of bringing a dog into their home before placing a deposit.

Our goal is to ensure each puppy is placed responsibly and with full transparency. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
